At the age of 5, Dr. Wallace held his Bible, firmly on the bathroom sink and preached his first sermon.  From an early age, he recognized God's call, and he has been faithfully engaged in ministry since this time.

Dr. Wallace is a proud native of Paris, Texas.  After graduating from Gibbons High School in 1966, he attended Paul Quinn College and Houston Baptist University.  He earned a Bachelor of Theology degree from Union Bible College and Seminary of Houston, Texas, a Master of Arts degree from Survine Theological Seminary of Denver, Colorado (formerly Aspen Theological Seminary of Aurora, Colorado), and a Doctorate of Ministry from Houston Graduate School of Theology.

after 30 faithful years, Dr. Wallace recently retired as the senior pastor of the pilgrim rest baptist church in dallas, texas. he previously served as the pastor of the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Paris, Texas, and the Lilly Grove Baptist Church in Houston, texas.

Dr. Wallace loves to preach and teach the Word of God, and he remains firmly committed to evangelism, soul winning, and touching lives through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. he continues to preach and teach across the country.
